Page title is not saving

Page title is not saving, if you click on Page Properties and change the Title in textbox of dialog. You can also test it on your site's given example:
http://cutesoft.net/example/Edithtml.aspx

please provide me a solution for this soon.

We can reproduce this issue on IE9, we are investigating this issue and will get back to you as soon as possible.
