64 Bit Win 7 and Lastest client and server software

Hi -

I've upgraded my site with the latest live support, running the new operator software. My 64 bit machines do not display a popup when a chat has been requested, not does anythign show up in the request queue. My 32 bit machines running the lastest operator software, show a pop up but no accept button and nothing in the request Queue. I have validated that I am running the latest versions of everything. Any help would be great.

We have tested the application in 64 bit Windows 7. Also installed the agent console on 64 bit Window 7. It works fine.

Is your site online so you can provide an online URL for testing?
