I found an issue in the demo page http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx  (also in our app) that displays incorrectly the tabtite in firefox, you can see that the page URL is being displayed as the tab title instead of the correct text...

I attached screenshots for each browser (chrome-IE-Firefox)

should the license for the old version work with this one? 

Do you have some kind of change log because seems like there are a lot of changes, we need to check them before an update.

There are many changes in this new version. There is no upgrade path from cute editor to Rich Text Editor. You need to remove the Cute Editor first then install new RTE.
