Hi,
Please i need information on how to handle offline messages in cute live support. Currently, the agents see just the messages and the username, but we need more functionality than that. My company wants it such that offline messages will be routed to an E-Mail address. I have been looking through the control panel, but cant find any such feature. Even the E-mail of the user is not displayed in the chat window. Please i need to know if i'm missing something.
