when is live support going to be available?  do you have any information on it's features and how agents will use it?  How about cost?

Do you have an estimated cost and any more specific info on it?  Are you looking for beta testers?  I am looking for something for my recruiting department and some agents and am very interested in this.  We can do something like this through our phone system, but it is somewhat cumbersome and confusing.  Thanks.
