Insert Link - Problem ... Pls help

I was trying to use the insert Link,
for exampe: url --> ../test.asp?Id=3&CustId=4

when i view the html, the link has been change to --> ../test.asp%3FId%3D3%26CustId%3D4

How can i fix this issues??

It is ok now....

i have managed to fix the prob.
