I have a user on IE 5.5 who cannot view text within the editor. The text simply does not load.

It works for all other users.

 

Are there any settings within her browser I should be checking ?

 

Any help would be much appreciated.

Please download the latest build and copy the CuteEditor.dll and all the client files to your server.

I'm going through the update now.
Do you know if there are many changes to the config files such as the Security and Common files etc.?

I have taylored these files for my application and am hoping to get away with simply using the existing ones and avoiding reapplying the changes to the new version config files.

If you upgrade from the version 4.X, there are many changes with Security and Common files.

 

If you upgrade from the version 5.0, your exisitng ones should be OK.
