Is there file manager for opening, deleting, renaming and uploading HTML files ?

 

Or a Save As feature?

The "insert image", "insert flash", "insert media", "insert document", "insert template" dialogs contain the file manager.

 

You can use the file manager create the folder, delete the folder, upload/delete/rename the file.

 

For your situation, please check the "insert template" which also allows you upload/delete/create/editng the HTML files.
