Problem with the Paste with Word

I am trying to Paste from Word feature. This gives me different result based on the Word Version I am using.

It behaves properly when I am going to Paste from Word 200. But when I am going to Paste from Word 97 then it is the same as Normal Paste, means unnecessary Tags of Word are getting Inserted into that.

It would be really helpful if you could send us a sample Doc which demonstrates the exact problem with more information.
