I have set de propertie CustomCulture, but is doesn't work? (I use "nl-NL"). In version 4 I had no problems with the Culture propertie.

Please download it language file:

http://cutesoft.net/ASP/CuteEditor_Files/languages/nl-NL.xml

Or modify the existing language file.

Change:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<root>
...
</root>

to

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
<resources>
...
</resources>
