what values does the chat-api cache?

is it possible to avoid or deactive this caching of operator-data?

i have problems to create or kill operators without restarting iis

also i can't change settings of the chat (for example display bold-button on customer form) without restarting iis.

i got into the same problem. If I want to change operators password i need to reset my iis.
How could this be fixed?

The same thing happens with settings.

I really need this to be fixed, because i cant reset my iis in case of changing passworde etc.!!

Try to delete the operator completely and  set up a new one ;)

i haven't tested it yet

is it possible to deactivate the caching of operator-settings and common-settings of LiveSupport?

it's not possible for us do restart our iis after every change of settings.
