The only way I can set width and height in a table is to display the Table Wizard and type in a width and height.

It is neat that when I type in numbers I can see the sizing reflected immediately in the editor.

Are there any plans to allow us to drag columns and rows during design to set the width and height?

There is a drag and drop menu which allows you change columns and rows.
