problems with licenses.licx

I've downloaded and installed CuteEditor ( Cute Editor for .NET first download link in download section )

First time it has executed successfully but then when I start my aplication accured an error like:

Error 1 C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\WebSites\encyclopedia.info.ge\licenses.licx: Could not transform licenses file into a binary resource. Could not load file or assembly 'file:///C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.0A\bin\lc.exe' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\WebSites\encyclopedia.info.ge\licenses.licx C:\...\encyclopedia.info.ge\
how this problem can be solved?

This error is typically caused by a bad .licx file.

To correct this error

Select the project in Solution Explorer.
From the Project menu, click Show All Files.
Delete this file (licenses.licx) and rebuild the solution.

thanks a lot, this helped me and my wysiwyg works for now
