    My Boss just bought this product and handed it over to me with the licence to be looking into for future use of our firm.
     
    Can anybody help me with the steps needed to integrate this product into my application...all i want is for visitors to be able to click on an image and the can chat with the agent.
     
    The installation instructions included are not sstraight forward enough for me....All i need is steps on how to integrate into my application and how to install this product for the agent who visitors chat with.

    i finally installed it successfully.....
    guess i have to put it on the server to test it fully....

    I have downloaded the cute soft, but my client operators throws exception when i run the application.
     
    Please advice me how to install the client operator and what i have to do in the config file.
     
    Explain in steps.
