I am looking for something that will allow users to edit the content of flyers/posters online that have fixed artwork as a background (the link below shows what I am talking about).  Like the example, I want to have templates available that users can add their own message to, then save as a PDF and print to their local desktop color printer.  Is this something that Cute Editor could help me accomplish?

No.  This feature is only available to the .NET version.
