Is there any method to clear the conversation and events logs automatically every X mins amount of time?

You can login as admin and clear the old chat records in the admin console. However we don't have the method that delete the records automatically.

Thank-you..I can write a service to perform the maintenance automatically.

However, In thinking about the issue I believe that I can accomplish my needs if there is a way to prevent the entire contents, in specific all old messages, of a chat room from loading when a user enters a chat room?...So Basically they would start from the point they enter with a empty chat message listing.

If the chat room is dynamically created, HistoryDay and HistoryCount will use the default value from DLL. It cannot be modified.

 

You have to login admin console and set HistoryDay and HistoryCount to zero after the room is created.
