Specify <p> on carriage return

Another newbie question: Where do I set the property for how the editor marks up a carriage return [user presses enter to start new line]? I would prefer <p></p> instead of <div></div>

Specify the behavior when the "enter" key is pressed in the editor The default is BreakElement.Div.
