How do I upgrade?

I purchased Cute Editor for PHP developer license - 05/2009. My download zip file shows v 6.0.7.

I see on the site it looks like maybe 6.3 or 6.4 is the current version.

A. Do I qualify for free upgrade?

B. How do I upgrade?

Please write to [email protected] and specify the email address for the new license file.
