Browse Button Not Appearing

I have a few select clients are who not having the "Browse" button appear for them when the control loads. I also had one client last night whose "Browse" button was disabled and she couldn't upload documents. Please see below. Thanks!

Can you ask your clients try the following example?

If it works for you, please download the latest build then try again.
