I have been doing some testing of the live chat function and have found that if I am on an iPhone or a blackberry, I am able to chat with the operator just fine. But on Android, it doesn't work. It's not a big deal, but any ideas as to why the iPhone and blackberry can use the support function but Android can't? I haven't tried windows mobile yet
