    Messenger problem with service pack2

    Hello,

Your messenger seems to have some issue with service pack 2. after I installed SP2, If I try to open messenger, it just keeps on  waiting and waiting and never opens. I tried even the messenger on you support forum but same thing happens. If I go on a computer without SP2 it opens normally. By the way after about 15 posts just requesting that I need to integrate the messenger login with my existing login system, I seem to get no reply. I have sent all the server info to Adam through PM and created special accounts for this purpose but I had to try on my own and I am able to get the messenger running with its default login accounts. All I need now is to somehow integrate it so that if user is already logged into site they can use the messenger too with same account. As I mentioned earlier, we have over 25 websites where we are interesting in implementing your chat and messenger and I have even convinced my boss, but with this level of support, I wonder if I will be convinced or not.

    Hello Adam,

Thanks for your reply. I just need some support in changing the Defaul logon information table from Users to UserInfo. So how is that possible? Please let me know if through phone or live support. I will hugely appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Palwinder
