Same problem... wich crypto provider is the app requiring so I can test on my installed providers? I will try installation on a different blank test server just in case it is a config problem with this workstation, but I'd say I have  all the base windows providers installed... very strange

Ok, found the problem...

 

Permissions problem with Network Services user that MUST have permissions to write the RSA key holder in the LocalMachine Storage... I leave the note here just in case someone meets this problem in the future
