that is the template should display as a default page within the editor but its particular links and headings should not be edited by the end user.

eg: header and left side of the html part (which contains a heading and hyperlinks) should not be shown in table tag,it should show as how it show in preview page but the body of the default html(which contains main text may be paragraph or table or img etc) can be editable by the user.
