The background image problem is fixed in normal view but it still shows up in HTML view. Actually, if you click HTML from Normal the background image shows. If you go to Preview it doesn't. If you then go back to HTML it doesn't.

 

Also, I'm still getting blank dialogs as shown in the first post.
