Hi, i need some help....with anchor.

 

I tried to set the link to an anchor but i don't know how to do it...

 

I can set an anchor well,  but how can i make an hyperlink to this anchor? the insert hyperlink function doesn't help me

 

p.s.: i use cute editor to create newsletter.
