Whenever I close the popup containing the chat interface, I encounter a JavaScript error "OxO96bc is not defined" in the file CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/utility.js.aspx on line 6 (there is only one line anyway). This error only occurs in Firefox 1.07; in IE, it works fine.
