Yes, I have completed this step, as well as the others in the installation intructions. The SQL database itself is up and working, However, sometimes when I'm joining the channel (there's only one for the moment), I get the error message I pasted in my previous message.
The table Chat_Active_Online is fine, it is empty as it should be when there's nobody in any channels. So, if it is empty, how can the PK constraint be violated? Only if someone (or some script) attempts to insert the same entry (or at least two entries with the same PK value) twice.
