I have mutiple applications that will use the CuteEditor, though currently I am working on just a single application.  I made the CuteSoft_Client a virtual directory underneath my app and the path works - http://myapp/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor.  The control loads on the screen fine.  However, I get the following error if I click on any of the buttons that launches a dialog (universal keyboard, upload image, etc):
