I've the same problem like Steve and i think you misunderstood him.

It's easy to defnie an anchor. But where can I pick the new anchor when i define a link? In the Hyplerlink window is no possibility to select the anchors you defined before. You can pick Ressources (we use Cuteditor with DotNetNuke 3.1), Portalsites and so on...  but no anchors.

At the moment we are doing this manually by writing the Link to the anchor in HTML.
