I transferred my website from server to another and the settings are the same and now im getting this error

server side CuteSoft.Chat.ChatLicenseException:
CuteSoft.Chat.ChatLicenseException: Check CuteChat General License Failed : CryptoAPI cryptographic service provider (CSP) for this implementation could not be acquired.

I contact them for license, they attach one and still not working!!!!
