i installed the chat demo on my dev server, works fine, now i am trying to make it work on my production server. it works fine until i try to enter a chat room:
Connection Failed.: Check CuteChat General License Failed : CuteChat.lic not exists

the only difference between the dev and prod setup is that on the prod i don't have a separate application for the chat. so i've put the dlls and the two license files in the bin folder of the root folder. i've also put the CuteSoft_Client and CuteSoft_Server folders in the root (at the same level as the rest of the sampleportal folder).

what am i doing wrong???
