We are wanting to buy your component, however, during testing we came across a problem:

 

We are running a production server on windows 2003 web edition. We have a webpage with ascx gallery components embedded.

The problem is that one of the galleries works fine and the other one doesnt work at all. The non-working gallery will not batch build, nor will it display the full size image even if thumbnails are uploaded to it. The images are stored in different paths for the different galleries.

 

The application works fine on our windows 2003 standard development server.

 

Here is a link http://www.bkwdrv.com/garvc/   The "picture" link button and its associated gallery work fine. The "ourneighborhood" link button does not.  If we swap the sets of images, it still only works in one gallery. The permissions are exactly the same in both directories.

 

I am stumped. Any suggestions? TIA
