I'm new to this forum so maybe I don't know how things work yet, but it seems to me that you only get one answer to any question. If you write a response to someone else response it seems to get ignored. Take a look at the other post I just left - I've had to cut and paste three times now to get the ongoing attention I need. Seems like such a little issue, but it's dragging on for what is approaching weeks now.

What gives?
