Is it possible for cute editor to edit part of a file?

 

i.e. I have a page where there are three standart <div> that contain asp .net code. I want to letpeople to edit only the other parts of the pages

 

I would like for cute editor to only be able to edit the part of file that is between a certain <div>

Is that doable?

Is it simple to do or does it require a lot of effort?
