I seem to be having some trouble.  On the demo page for relative/absolute urls everything works how I would want it to.  While using absolute URLs (which I need since these will be emails) I add an anchor and then a link to that anchor, and the link to the anchor does not get the absolute url added to it...which is great.

 

However in my app I cannot make it work like this.  I am using version 5.2 and have both RemoveServerNamesFromUrl and UseRelativeLinks set to False, but whenever I add an link to an anchor it gets the fully qualified url.  Am I missing something?
