Clarification.

The note was in response to another note talking about a "Security Exception" when Trust=Medium.  The solution to that problem was to upgrade to the CuteEditor for ASP.Net 2.0.  My application will remain an ASP.Net 1.1 application for some time, so that solution will not work for me.
