If I saw this elsewhere I can't seem to find it now...

 

Can anyone direct me to, or post, how to call the ImageGallery dialog, hopefully without having an editor in the page.  I want to allow users to upload images to, and see thumbs in a folder-  additionally, it'd be slick to disable or hide the insert button.
