We use CuteEditor to write replies to letters.  When we print the letters out, we send them as hard copy replies to people,  headers and footers appear on the printed output.  These are picked up from the header and footer settings in Internet Explorer.

The workaround we have is to tell people to delete the settings in IE - but this stops them appearing on stuff they do want to see them on ie when they print other output from within IE.

Do this clarify the position for you? If we can get cute editor to ignore the IE setting, we can keep everyone happy!
