Open your web.config of your DNN.

And Change the editor setting as followings:

    <add name="CEHtmlEditorProvider"
        type="DotNetNuke.HtmlEditor.CEHtmlEditorProvider, DotNetNuke.CEHtmlEditorProvider"
        providerPath="~\Providers\HtmlEditorProviders\CEHtmlEditorProvider\CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\"
        RemoveServerNamesFromUrl="false"
        UseRelativeLinks="false"

......

Please also make sure you are using the latest version of Cute Editor.
