Having problem with licence on localhost

I am getting error on CuteEditor on my web project on http://localhost/UrejanjeVsebine.aspx?nazivVsebine=apAktualno

A valid license cannot be granted for the type CuteEditor.Editor. Contact the manufacturer of the component for more information.

but when I run project directly from Visual Studio 2005 I am getting this type of error msg
http://localhost:1209/development/UrejanjeVsebine.aspx?nazivVsebine=apAktualno

The License for Editor is not valid.

You are using a trial license and the trial period has expired.
