Hi.  We started using CuteEditor .Net in early January of this year.  This week one of our users has started to experience some problems with the editor when she uses our application first thing in the morning.

 

This is the message she receives:

The License for Editor is not valid.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.ComponentModel.LicenseException: The License for Editor is not valid.

 

From some of the other postings in this group, this is something that most people have seen at one time or another.  Unfortunately, my user is only getting this error prior to 8:25am.  This morning I called her at 8:26am, and she had just tried using the editor 2 minutes earlier and it didn't work.  When she was on the phone with me, it worked fine (and has the rest of the day).  This has been happening since Monday.

 

Has anyone else seen any problems similar to this?
