I've set the filesPath correctly, the same works in another web...there must be something else?

 

As well I copied your latest version 5.2 onto my webserver (root directory)...same message

"Failed to load the language text from the XML file "

 

On the same webserver in another virtual web, the same (copy of the files) files works...there must be some Web Settings that are causing this problem... Or is it the german version of IE?
