All the dictionary files should go in your application bin folder.
The CuteEditor should automatically look for the dictionaries from your application bin folder.
You can also add an entry in your web.config to specify a new dictionary folder.
<appSettings>
<add key="DictionaryFolder" value="~/mydic" />
</appSettings>
