It is possible for you to make a short example. A VB class with the right imports, implementing interfaces and so.

I had to add namespace CuteChatControls to get it to accept the "new UsersDB" and "PortalSecurity" and now Global.asax errors with "Could not load type ""CutePortal.Web.Global"
