I am not sure if I did anything wrong or missing some files. I can't seem to find a User management interface anywhere. I've installed a licensed version 3.0 or CutePortal.zip. I've checked the Admin section and Chat Admin section. Everything works fine except I can't find anything that will display users and allow me to modify there group etc. Does no such thing exist on version 3.0 or did I mess up somehow? I've logged in using the default Admin account.
