I was able to convert to VS 2005 with almost no problems using the new web application project and not the file system.  I did have to convert the web project separately and then remove and re add the project to the solution.  When I compiled I only received 10 warnings which were all related to deprecated methods/classes.

 

I am going to do the suggested changes, recompile and test.

 

When you said I could download from here soon - should I look back in a couple of days or a couple of weeks?
