I've been looking at this website with the view to buy an HTML editor for my client. At first glance Cute Editor for .Net could be a choice.
Then I looked at the support forum and the help and samples provided. Unless a product is totally obvious to use, which Cute Editor for .Net is not, then I feel it is essential that there are clear instructions and examples.
I was struck by the very poor examples that really offer no help. And what is the point of the C# and VB links on this page? They don't link to code, so why show them as different?
What a mess. I downloaded the example files. First thing I noticed is that there are no VB files in the samples. The second thing I noticed is that the samples are a real mess. They have obviously been put together by some who doesn't know anything about presentation or doesn't care.
In conclusion, I have learned a lot about the attitude of the company to helping the customer and pretty much nothing about the product.
I don't think I will be buying Cute Editor for .Net based on my experience so far.
