Sorry, it's simple reproduced at your given link, just do the following:

1. Open http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx
2. Select a word, click on the chain give for example http://www.pbwebedit.nl and click Ok.
3. Switch to HTML, you see the link is Ok.
4. Select the word again, and click on the chain again, and change the link to http://www.pbwebedit.eu, and clik Ok.
5. Switch to HTML, and you'll see the link is still to http://www.pbwebedit.nl

Same goes for IMG links, I'm using firefox 1.5.0.3
