Hello -  I just upgraded to the newest version of the editor, but the CSS drop down menu is no longer there, as it was in the previous version by default.   How do I turn that back on?

 

Also, how do I use the Links menu - where are those links defined?  By default is just has the MSN, Yahoo links - where do I customize that?
