So I'm looking to purchase the Web Messenger here at CuteSoft but have yet to have my questions answered.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.  Also, is there a customer service phone number?  We're willing to call long distance if there isn't a toll-free number.

 

Just to understand where I'm coming from, here's a little about myself:

- I am a .NET developer

- our servers are running IIS and .NET 2005

- we have an existing website with users and would like to integrate the web messenger into our site

 

Questions:

- is this application compatible with our existing .net 2005 site?

- is it programmed in asp.net 2.0?

- does web messenger allow us to manually load/unload the messenger, add buddies, etc from our existing site?

- what does Web Messenger use the DB for?  Just the buddy list?

- is it possible to integrate it into our website without using DOTNETNUKE, etc?

- How exactly is the theme/background/styles/etc altered programmatically?

- how is customer service here?
